I purchased an item from a seller. The item was never shipped. So I put in as a return. How do I cancel the return so the seller can send me the item

hi I sold something on eBay yesterday. The account is new but I am not new to eBay. I need the money that is in the account and I plan to ship tomorrow. Is there anyway that they will release those funds sooner rather than later?

Using advanced selling tool and it still is showing old format of ADD A PHOTO... Not the ADD PHOTOS AND VIDEO.. Why can't I add a video? Is it an OS issue or Ebay?
