Over charged shipping

Ebay charged an additional $15 for shipping stating the item weighed 50lbs not 20lbs. UPS weigh on the tracking shows 20lbs.How do I file a complaint and why can't I get a phone number for ebay?

Fed Ex cost adjustment of additional $30

Notice was given to me that an item I shipped a week ago had a cost adjustment of $30.73. Reason given was "Weight on label 208 oz" (which is 13 pounds) and "Billable weight 13 pounds." This makes no sense to me - what am I missing? Thanks for help.
