Resolved! "There is a hold on your payouts." They are asking for my social Security number. Can't do that.

I've been selling on eBay since the 80's. I buy on eBay as well. Why are payouts "being held" for more information like my social security number? Really?

Lost merchandise, shows up.

After weeks of being lost. I issued a full refund the next day item was delivered to buyer.

Purchase History Display Order

When I display my purchase history it always starts with 2024 and not the most current purchase. Does anyone know how to change that? I don't want to have to use the drop down menu to change it to 2025 each time i view it. Thanks in advance!

Resolved! When I go to print out my ebay label, it is putting .10 cubic ounces in the weight section.

How can I change this to show actual weight and ounces. The post office is charging me for more postage and I have more than what it actually weights!
