How can I modify or delete a review of a seller?
BLOCKED ON BIDING
THERE IS MEAN ITEM ID LIKE TO BUY SOME SAY CAN NOT BID ON ITEM. I HAVE MANY ISSUES WITH MY COMPUTER AND NOW I HAVE A NEW ONETO FIX ISSUES. CAN YOU HELP WITH BUYING ITEM'S THAT ARE BLOCKED.
