How come all of my unsold items can no longer use AUTO RELIST ?!

For years, my items unsold were able to be relisted AND were able to have the option of being Auto Relisted up to 8 times. Now, when I go to relist an item, the option to Auto Relist is not there !!!!!Does anyone know why?
