By mistake, Whiskey was delivered instead of Wi-Fi router

I bought a Wi-Fi router on 5th October but a whiskey was delivered by mistake on 9th. October. I contacted to the dealer by message yesterday but the reply hasn't come yet. Can I return this whiskey and get refund?
