HI A CUSTOMER ORDERED SOMETHING IT WAS SHIPPED WHEN THEY GOT THE ENVELOPE THE POSTAL SERVICE TOR THE ENVELOPE AND LOST THE ITEM. THEY PUT A CLAIM INTO THE USPS DO i STILL NEED TO REFUND THE MONEY?
