why doesn't the 2nd chance option work

I tried to offer a 2nd chance, but it gives me a negative reply. "Check the bidders name", They have a ton of feedback and it's automated. How stupid is this?!?

Some went wrong and we were not able to generate the label

Why can't I print a shipping label. Never had this issue before, but it won't let me print. Tried contacting Ebay support and they were no help. Frustrating!
