Where’s my discount?

Hi, I’m checking out and I’m supposed to be getting 40% off. I’m ready to pull the trigger on my PayPal, but it’s still not showing any discount. HELP! I just don’t want to pay full price.40% is a lot.

Chinese message from ebay

Why would i get a message from ebay in Chinese? I only use the US ebay site for purchases.

failure to pay

I sold an item and the buyer failed to pay as well as not responding to email reminders. It appears that I can't leave any feedback on the buyer for his failure to pay. Is there a method to leave feedback to protect others?

Is anyone else having issues being able to leave a feedback for your customers?

deleting searches on advanced page

Can't bid because of "unpaid strikes"
