Is it still possible to block buyers based on the number of feedbacks they have received?

How Do you filter out Reprinted Baseball cards from searches ?

When Im looking for vintage baseball cards to buy you get overwhelmed with all the reprints, especially when looking for Mantle, Aaron and Mays cards. Is there a way to not have them show up in searches ?
