Buyer asked to change package address

My buyer asked me to mail his package to a different address than the one listed by ebay. I don't want to do that, I don't think I will be protected if I do that. What is the policy?

A store I bid/buy from now has a blue colored statement box at store front stating, " This store has no items for sale in your location". What does this mean? I assume my location is United States.
