I currently have a Non-Sports trading card listed as an active auction listing. A buyer is asking for authenticity of the card. How card I prove this to the potential bidder?

My store won't let me promote items anymore

My store won't let me promote items anymore, kind of makes using ebay pointless since no one sees my listings anymore. Anyone know how to get the promote listings option back? This is insanely frustrating thanks Ryan
