I was in this bid and this scammer just press to don’t give me article because probably don’t obtain the money he wants, we press the same amount the same second!! I don’t know why eBay allow this scammer to sell

"shipped" when only "label created"

this is deceptive in that it can look like an item is promptly shipped when in fact the item may not actually get into the shippers hands for days, which happens very frequently ... it's not accurate about or true

How do I stop eBay from auto re listing my auctions? The expert seller that answered my question was from UK. She has an option when listing to prevent this under pricing category when you list. I am in US and it isn’t an option on my iPad or laptop....
