i havnt received my order from a seller and when i click on contact seller it says information on item not found.

account suspended or restricted, just opened account 2 days ago now suspended, no idea why

ebay suspended account after I listed 3 items, not sure why or even how to contact ebay as tried and not working. Any help would be appreciated. Many thanks
