Voiding a label as a seller and getting a refund for the label from ebay

Printed a shipping label for an item I had sold but it was for a large letter instead of a small parcel so obviously the Post Office could not accept it.How do I now void the label & receive a refund from eBay.Any help greatly appreciated.

Viewing Feedback status on My Purchases Page

Has the "My Purchases" page changed? I thought we were able to see if we have left feedback AND if the seller has left feedback for us buyers. Now you can't see the status of feedback. Is there a different page to see feedback status?Thanks
