Didn't get Confirmation email from PIP insurance group
I used PIP insurance on a parcel select ground shipment, but never received an email confirming that. I checked my SPAM folder but didn't see anything there. Not sure what the email address from the PIP people would look like?

Yesterday, my 'Order Deatils' page included 'Payment', 'What your buyer paid'. and 'What you earned'. Today, these fields are missing! What's up? How can I see this information now??

My label got jammed in my printer so I reprinted the label and found out I was double charged for it? Any suggestions if I can get reimbursed? I removed the tracking of the non label, but it did not remove the shipping cost? UGH!!! Thanks!

Does anyone else have a issue with the same 12 plus % fees on sales between .01 to $2500. A $19 sale gets the same charge as one of $2500....I would think a graduated % is more fair in percentage increments. Any comments?
