Product arrived after I was issued a refund

I reported an item not received to eBay and they refunded my purchase price… Now a week and a half later the item did show up. How do I pay the seller for the item that I got the refund for? I don’t want to just keep it without paying

I am so done selling on eBay. The % is outrageous and now that they don't deal with PayPal anymore, it takes a day to process payment. If someone wants their money back they're miffed because they have to wait a day for reimbursement. Ebay is not fun...
