Resolved! Ebay took my money and says they do not have an order from me... yet they stole/took over $1000

I purchased an item on June 25th and paid in full to the vendor. Ebay now says they have no record of the transaction or record of the seller and refusers to assist me! There is no way to talk direct to ebay.
