Appreciate any help as I am a new seller. First, I'm finding I am paying more for shipping than what is calculated and what buyer pays. Also, my listing limit was cut off but I thought I could list 250 in a month. I've only listed 66.

Has anyone noticed the frequency to which the products bought are defective or simple not NEW as described. This is alarming I’m getting products that are damaged or incorrectly marked as NWOT and they are NOT new.

Item sold failed authentication

Hello I sold a pair of sneakers. I listed the item as new as I wore them only once to try on. I put “Item is like new, worn once to try on in the description”. The Authenticator stated that the item does not match the description. Can you assist?
