asking buyer to return a item

hi, l had two similar items, sent the wrong one. l realized this a few hrs. later. l immediately contacted buyer to let him know. l sent the correct item the next day and asked him to return the other one, l would pay for return shipping. lt seemed like he was okay with this. after he received the correct one, l contacted him to let him

know l would send money for return. l didn't hear back, l did the same a few wks later and then a third time.

l have not had a response from him. l would like to get my property back. lt has been over 90 days due to several trips to ER, ICU, hospital etc. l was not able to contact him. l will do that again, l assume he will not reply. l hoping to hear back answers about this. thank-you, db

Unfortunately, eBay can not force the buyer to return the incorrect item.  All you can is try again to ask the buyer to agree to return the item.  Offer to send him a return label, so he doesn't have to go into the post office - he can just drop it off.  You can create a label through paypal and print it to a jpeg file to send in a message.

Maybe explaining that you will ill and not able to follow up until now will soften him up 🙂
