account restricted

Hi guys im trying to dropship on ebay using a supplier from aliexpress

I created a business account and an ebay listing and then wham, i got restricted and listing removed.

I have a message and email now saying that i need to go to a link and then click 'contact us' to answer a few questions to lift the restriction on my account, but then when i follow the route there is no way to get in touch with them only a 'have us call you' button and that only works if you are USA or Canada and im in the UK.

Could anyone help at all please?.
