You were asked by the seller to do so for a $5 bribe?
And if the product description was in fact, misleading and false?

Feedback extortion is a violation on Ebay and you should report it.
If the product description was "misleading and false", you can file a Return Request within 30 days from date of delivery.

I don't know what you mean by "True statement" but if you're being asked to lie about an item's true value on a customs form, you should be aware that doing so is a felony and it's pretty easy for them to catch you at it.

Hi @cmaeisit-2 Is the seller asking you to revise the negative you left for the ring? Have you filed for a Return? Did they say Hey we'll send you a replacement if you change your negative? Or that they'd refund you $5 and let you keep the ring? Something like that? It sounds like they tried to make you a deal of some kind. Shifty sellers do that. Their feedback percentage is already in the basement at 95.2%. No matter what the situation, if you believe that you stated the truth as you see it, how much is your word worth? Good luck!
