Why isn't delivered order showing up in purchase history

Hi -- I recently bought a used smart phone on ebay. I made the purchase on July 1 of this year.  I need to contact the seller about an issue that I am having with the phone. I don't know how to contact the seller, however, because this phone -- which I ordered, paid for, and which was delivered to me several days ago -- is NOT showing up when I go to "My ebay" and check my order history.  All of the various other items that I purchased are listed there, even one that I ordered AFTER the order for that phone.  This is very odd for me.  If anyone out there has any idea about a solution to this, I would love to hear it.

Hi Lady Maddona,

        Thanks for your suggestions.  I checked and double-checked all of those areas, and it is still not showing up in any of those.  But don't worry about it anymore. It wasn't a very expensive phone, and I will probably just leave it at that. It is, though, pretty odd that that purchase is not showing up anywhere on my ebay account.  Take care.

Also, I can't figure out how to contact ebay directly about this, because to do so, I first have to "click on" the picture of the product that I want to discuss, but considering my situation, there's no photo to click on so that I can start that process...

Is it possible you purchased the phone s a guest?

Purchases made as a guest are separate from purchases made as a registered member. You will need to sign in with the email address you used as a guest along with the PASSCODE that ebay sent to you in an email. Then you can file a Returns Request or contact the seller.
