All of my buyers have left positive reviews, which confirms successful delivery and customer satisfaction. Despite this, my earnings remain on hold. Additionally, I’ve noticed that eBay does not provide a customer service email, leaving me uncertain about how to resolve this matter.
As a seller, I need to purchase inventory upfront using my own funds to list and resell on eBay. Unfortunately, these delays in accessing my payouts have caused me to miss several sales opportunities.
