Why is eBay suddenly requiring me to price my listings & postage in US$ instead of UK£?

Trying to upload new listings to my online shop, it is suddenly giving me no choice about listing in US$ and the only postage options being offered are US ones. I am in the UK and want to use Royal Mail postage for domestic sales as I've always done, with a range of UK-based shipping options for items to be posted outside the UK. What am I doing wrong?

It's some kind of glitch. It happens to more UK members.

Sign out here, on the US ebay.com site, and sign back in to the UK site: https://www.ebay.co.uk/

And, clear your ebay.com cookies from your browser. If you use your browser's autocomplete function to navigate, clear your browser history so you are not sent back to the US site.

Make sure you are not using an ebay.com bookmark or following a US link to reach the site.

Ebay doesn't know how it happened either. Although they try to find the reason.
