I ordered a WINDOWS 11 OS Install 16GB Bootable USB for Legacy and UEFI Compatible thinking that is what I needed ( being I have never attempted this before and anyway it doesn't seem to simply do anything as far as I can see my Dell desktop doesn't recognize it     ??

Call Dell.

Ebay is a buying and selling site. It is not set up to deal with computer type questions.
