How long can I not sell on eBay? I am a manufacturer. I have my own production and my own brand.

You are located in Armenia.  Did you register your account on ebay.com, the USA site?  Payouts to sellers require a checking account located in a brick & mortar bank.  Since you cannot provide that, along with a government ID and social security number, I believe you will need a Payoneer account.
