@den4yk It depends..... has the seller already issued a full refund? If yes then the seller can't provide an eBay return label. They may not want the item back or made a mistake. If that is what happened then reach out to the seller and ask if they wish to send a return shipping label in eBay Messages as a JPG. They can buy it on Pirateship for the same discounted rate as eBay.
OR if they have NOT refunded and NOT sent a return label then you need to ask eBay to step in and help on the 4th business day after opening the request, not later than 21 days though as the case will time out.
How to ask eBay to step in
- Find the item in your Purchases.
- Select See request details (if your item didn't arrive) or See return details (if you're trying to return an item).
- Select Ask eBay to step in and help.
- Select a reason from the dropdown menu, then select Confirm.
