What is the date that eBay stopped using PayPal and began doing their own payments?

The was last year sometime, not sure of the exact date I'm sure someone will know.

There is no specific date. eBay began moving members into eBay Managed Payment several years ago and it took a few years to gradually get everyone transitioned I believe everyone was fully rolled into managed Payment about 2 1/2 years ago.

According to Ebay: "eBay will require all sellers to register for eBay to manage their payments in 2021."
