Watch list disappeared- anyone know what is going on?

I watch a lot of items before impulse buying.

My watch list was full and just disappeared this week.

Anyone know what is going on?

The is no customer service link I can find to get help?

I just came from Watchlist, ad it is still available.  I use a desktop computer using Chrome browser.  Are you using the ebay app, or the browser on your mobile device?

I have seen two other recent complaints about not being able to load a Watch list; one from a user in Germany and one in the UK. I believe both were getting a 500 http status error message. Typically that indicates a problem at the server end of things, though a bad link can lead to that as well.

If your Watch List page is not loading correctly, try viewing your Watch List items on your Summary page instead:

Try an alternative link for your Watch List page:

https://www.ebay.com/mye/myebay/watchlist?custom_list_id=WATCH_LIST&filter=listing_status:ALL

Try opening your Watch List in another browser. If that works, go back to your original browser and try clearing your browser cache.

Are you able to view your Watch List items using the eBay app? Or a mobile browser? How about using a mobile browser when not connected to your usual WiFi?

If you continue to have problems with your Watch List, you may still be able to see some of your watch list items on your Recently Viewed list. Or see if you can add an item to another list and then view that list from link at the top of the item listing.
