Acecareusa accepted my money on May 1st, but waited till May 25th to contact me suggesting that if I cancel my order, they would find another way to send me my order. I said that I would wait if they needed more time and waited to June 21st mith much back and forth communication. I was never told of a price adjustment or even offered a tracking number. After contacting eBay and saying that I still wanted the item, eBay simply refunded my money. This is terrible service on both ends. Sellers should not be allowed to treat customers like that and eBay should try to enforce the will of the customer. I was moving away from Amazon to buy more on eBay. No consequences for bad vendors and deaf customer service have shifted that.

Ebay allowed you to receive a refund. They cannot force a seller to ship the item. When Ebay refunded you, the funds came from the sellers account and the seller received a defect on their selling account.
In the future, be aware that Ebay has a 30 day Money Back Guarantee, so if you do not receive an item that you purchased, you can file a Refund Request one day after the estimated date of delivery has passed.
