Has anyone experienced the same "bait and switch" tactics employed by eBay and FedEx when using FeEx's shipping options? I got charge an additional $32.00 for an increase in weight for a package by 4 oz. The eBay quote was $11.37, but by the time it was weighed again, the charged an additional $32.00. UNREAL!!! This is the 3rd time I have been charged extra shipping "after the fact" by FeEx. This is clearly fraudulent advertising and a "rip off" with no option for appealing such charges. Ebay and FeEx are in some kind of a collusion to steal from eBay sellers. Shame to them on this practice!!! If it has happened to you, please respond and let's get this stopped.

@rascalmal Fed Ex is known for adding surcharges. If my item is too large or heavy for USPS I use pirateship.com and ship UPS.
Pirateship will help you with surcharge disputes as long as your package weight and size were correct and with insurance claims if needed. Pirateship prices are the same or better than eBay.
