I am having trouble lately with eBay shipping. I’ve had multiple orders where the tracking never updated and the item never arrived. I ship either day of or next day so I am getting my product out in a timely manner however why do I have to give refunds for something that I know I did my part and the mail system is failing me. Any suggestions?

Are you using ebay shipping to send out your packages? If so, the tracking number is automatically uploaded to the transaction. If you are using another program to print your shipping labels, you will need to manually upload the tracking numbers. If you ship without tracking, and the buyer files an Item Not Received case, you will end up refunding item price + shipping. ebay will refund the sales tax collected.

I use the tracking number provided by eBay. There are some orders I have that looks like I never put them in the mail but I most certainly did.
