Unfair negative feedback

Item sold was a small electrical appliance. Showed international shipping but went to Illinois. At time of shipping I am unaware of final destination. After negative feedback find out it went to Australia and buyer is unhappy that I sent a 110 volt appliance to a country that uses 2 40 and it is of no use to him, so I got a negative. I requested removal from ebay and they did not remove.  I contend that he knew he was buying from USA and that our appliances are 110. Nothing wrong with product, he was wrong for buying it. I don't think I did anything wrong to deserve a negative. He did not ask for a return. I wonder if anyone really read my removal request. It makes perfect sense that buyer was not thinking when he bought an American electrical appliance. I still want it cancelled.

Since the feedback does not violate Ebay policy, it will not be removed.

You can reply to the feedback calmly and factually.
