Unfair Feedback Removal - What can I do?

I bought 61 CDs from a Seller (secondspindisk) that listed them in Very Good Condition. According to ebay listing guidelines,  Very Good = NO DAMAGE to the Jewel Case: NO Scuffs, Scratches, Cracks. Listing also states "We… buff out Scratches on CDs replace jewel cases and make them Like New."

Every case (ALL 61) were damaged from scuffs, cracks and broke with peices missing.  And around 50 of the Cds had Scratches. So I know that the Seller isn't listing them properly and that this was no mistake as it was every one. (If there were just a couple i could understand that maybe it was an error) The Seller is actually mad at me for not accepting this.... because no one else complains about such "minor damage".... I uploaded over 300 pictures to eBay for proof of the condition that I received these cds in... I've spent 30 or more hours documenting and having conversations with eBay about this situation and seller.

I was refunded for 51 of the cds and am still awaiting a refund on the last 10.

I have tried to leave negative feedback to warn others, as it looks like reading other feedback this has happened and continues to happen by this Seller, but eBay continues to remove the feedback no matter what I do. (I was told by eBay that if I was refunded for an item that the Seller could have the negative feedback removed... Wait What???)

I was also told by eBay that I can leave feedback on items that I have not received a refund on. So i tried to leave feedback on one of the 10 that I haven't received the refund on and it was removed as well!

I called in to ebay last night to ask about the feedback removal and was guided in what to do to stop from having this problem. I typed it out just as it was instructed and left it again today and once again the feedback was removed.. so I have 8 of the 61 left to leave feedback on, and I know that it doesn't matter what I do, or how I word it that eBay will remove the feedback!!! I'm angry!!

How are we to warn others and keep eBay a informed shopping experience when the Seller can have feedback removed?

#1. Ebay should notify buyers that their feedback was removed and why.

#2. Buyers should be able to leave feedback no matter if they were refunded or not. (It is still the buyers experience) plus the Sellers have the ability to respond to the buyers feedack.

#3. If feedback is removed, the buyer should be able to rewrite the feedback, if done wrong, and leave it again in the approved format.

#4. By removing feedback eBay is encouraging problem Sellers to continue to break listing guidelines and removing the voice of buyers with problems that they are having. We have no voice or way to warn others of this problem to help buyers make informed decisions with sellers they buy from.

I should have been able to leave negative feedback on all 61 listings to let others know about this seller... whether I was refunded or not this was still my experience and I should be able to express my frustration and the seller can then respond to that feedback and other buyers can see the interaction and make their own decision based on what they read.

So, how do I proceed? eBay, obviously doesn't care enough to explain as to why, their support continues to tell me the wrong information and they allows this seller to continue, without allowing my voice/experience to be heard.  Thanks in advance.

I do wonder if eBay will remove this post as well!!
