I have an issue with Amazon gift card

hi this is Adeline Parrish and I’m trying to use my eBay gift card and I only have one issue and  that is every time I try to put in a redemption code it keeps saying that this code can’t be Applied it’s linked to a different account and I already have an account with eBay and after you get this message please send me a message back and tell me what’s the problem thank you

also, if it is an Amazon gift card, it will only work on Amazon, not eBay

I assume you mean eBay Gift card, not Amazon?

eBay Gift Cards are attached to the eBay account that it is first used with, meaning it can't be used with any other eBay accounts after that.

Did you already use some of the Gift card amount while signed in to a different ebay account?
