I recently logged into my account after years of inactivity and was surprised to see a charge of $177.89 pending. I do not use eBay and have not logged in for a long time, so I have no idea what this charge is for.
Years ago, I stopped using eBay after being scammed—my bank account was charged without my authorization or any purchases on my part. I am extremely concerned that this same issue is happening again.
Please investigate this matter urgently and remove the payment collection associated with this charge. I expect a prompt explanation detailing why this amount is being charged to my account, along with a resolution to reverse any unauthorized fees.
