Store Categories not working

Hello everyone. Spent many hours sorting and adding store categories to my items. Now I noticed that about 130 of the 330+ items have no store listed / "other". I did confirm the changes at the time I revised them / as individual listings  and /or bulk listings. I went back and revised some of them several times. During some of the revisions, the option to revise the store categories vanished from the page. This is very frustrating considering the many hours I have spent revising the store categories, some 2 or 3 times each.

Still trying to solve this issue. Over 100 store categories disappeared overnight. Mysteriously moved to either  to "Other" category or have a - where the category(ies) should be. When trying to revise item(s), the options for store categories often do not show up. Have tried multiple browsers. I even ended over 100 listings and renewed them, with the same results. Seems silly to be paying for a store and not getting the promised services we are paying for. Ebay better get this fixed or it's going to come back and bite them legally.

I figured some smart eBay user would have a solution by now, but I guess not.
