Unable to list item

I am trying to sale a Arizer Exrtreme Q Vaporizer.

When I try to list it I get a message unable to sale tobacco items.

There are several other items already listed, just like mine.

Arizer makes, among other things, vaping products so those violate eBay's Tobacco policy:  Tobacco and e-cigarettes policy | eBay

Sometimes it happens that some Sellers (somehow) successfully list an item and others get blocked.  That doesn't mean that eBay won't Cancel transactions on those other listings if they sell.  Don't try listing or selling yours on eBay, you will have to find another venue to sell it on.

You also have the option to Report those other listings if you think they are in violation of eBay policy.  Open a listing and the Report this item link is above the Description box over on the righthand side of that page.
