Unable to Add Redirect URL (RuName) and Sign in to Sandbox - Unknown Issue Error

Hi everyone,

I'm currently trying to set up a Sandbox environment for my eBay application, but I'm encountering persistent issues. Here’s what’s happening:

1. Environment:

   • I have created a Sandbox app under the "Sandbox" tab on the eBay Developer Portal.
   • I have my Sandbox App ID (Client ID) and Cert ID (Client Secret).

2. Issue Description:

   • When I navigate to the "User Tokens" section to add a Redirect URL (RuName), I see the message "You have no Redirect URLs. Click here to add one."
   • However, when I click to add a Redirect URL, I get an error stating: "An unknown issue has occurred. Contact the website administrator."
   • Also, attempting to sign in with a Sandbox test user account on the developer portal leads to errors and does not allow me to proceed.

3. What I've Tried:

   • Clearing browser cache and cookies.
   • Trying different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari).
   • Waiting several hours and trying again to see if it was a temporary glitch.
   • Attempting to log in to https://sandbox.ebay.com/ directly with my Sandbox test user (it works there, but not on the developer portal for token generation).

4. Questions:

   • Is there a known issue with adding Redirect URLs in the Sandbox environment right now?
   • Has anyone else experienced similar problems and found a workaround?
   • Should I be using a different approach or contacting eBay Developer Support directly?
