So I searched an item i wanted to buy , and i found one. It said it was ebay so I purchased it. anyway payment was made item has not arrived. The problem is it does not show up on my account so I cant seem to get help in disputing this item.
The seller was obviously a scam I contacted him and when i went on his site he had one item sold. Mine it must have been.
Anyway how can I contact Ebay via email or phone?

There is no need to phone or email eBay. If the ‘Estimated Delivery Date’ has passed … you just need to file an ‘Item not received’ claim from your Purchase History.
If the seller doesn’t refund you in full within 3 business days … then go back to your open claim on Day 4 and ask eBay to step in. eBay will handle the rest.
