How do I appeal a decision after ebay gives them refund?
I sent a package to a guy in Roswell NM and it got forwarded to Philadelphia PA.
All I know is it got redirected to PA. The buyer refused to speak with USPS to figure out what's going on. Someone likely created a USPS account for his address and has control of where his mail is forwarded.
Why am I on the hook for his mail being forwarded? I can't forward his package!
And why is it when I click appeal I get an Article about appeals with no link to appeal???
