Just last week I purchased an item coming out of New Albany, Indiana just across the river from you and there were no delays to Mi. via USPS Ground Advantage, even though the USPS packages from there, go through the main USPS Louisville facility. It arrived in 3 days. I haven't had any issues with deliveries from USPS from other states recently, but there has been several areas of the country that have experienced severe weather affecting delivery time frames.
