Trying to relist an item that was out of stock for a while

I'm trying to relist a previous item that was out of stock for over 90 days.  So I am not seeing it in drafts, unsold or ended.  Is there a way to quickly and simply relist instead of recreating the listing new?

You should use the out of stock feature on eBay.  That will keep sold out listings on the site longer than what is allowed for regular ended/sold out listings.
