Trouble with adding more than 7 items in my cart from bhfo seller, their limit is 40 items.

I have bought from bhfo many times, mostly 25 items at a time, but now I can only add up to 7 items, I sent the seller many messages, but they cannot fix it. They asked me to contact EBAY directly, but there is no reply from them that fixes this problem. Anyone else is having this problem?

What happens when you put more than seven items from that seller into your cart and try to check out?

Do you have the same problem with others sellers, or just that one?
