If you are using a mobile browser and you are having problems viewing your message inbox, try another browser, or another browser mode (classic or desktop), or the eBay app.
If you are using a desktop browser and having problems, try using a different link to view your messages, such as this link for messages from members:
https://mesg.ebay.com/mesgweb/ViewMessages/0/m2m
If you are using the newer, chat-style message format, you may need to revert to the "classic" message format to use that link.
If you have your messages forwarded to an email address, try reading your messages there.
If nothing else works, try reading your messages on ebay.ca instead of ebay.com.
