Hi - I've been trying to open my eBay messages all day with no success. Is anyone else having this trouble?

So I'm trying to get the names of my store and username to match. When I go into the store, it shows the same name as my username so why isn't it changed?

 Hi there! I have a Coach bag that I'm just not sure of. I find smooth leather handbags but this one is croc embossed. I'll try to add more photos.
