Hi all!
currently I’ve sold an item and the tracking has been stuck on label created for the past 6 days. Customer is harassing me demanding I refund him because he believes I’m a scammer. I’ve contacted usps multiple times and they have assured me the item has been shipped and their live tracking is not working properly. I dropped off the item in the Dropbox for the record. The customer refuses to believe me and is constantly messaging me and harassing me about it. What should I do?
