Why does Ebay allow customers to ruin the credibility of my store? Customers can say anything negative and let customers get away with it. I have sent so many revisions and reported so many customers for leaving such negative and neutral feedback and Ebay does nothing they just let you as a seller suffer. Negative saying this wasn't a recent item another leaving neutral saying too bad they item couldn't get shipped when it was a local pick-up. I have over $100,000.00 in inventory what do I do what until I'm a below average seller close my business and open another one here or somewhere else? HELP! PLEASE!
