Tracking a FedEx claim submitted through ebay.

I purchased a FedEx shipping label through ebay and sent the package out. Tracking indicates that the package was damaged while out on delivery and it's been sitting in a Fedex facility since 9/7, almost 3 weeks ago. I submitted a claim through ebay a couple of weeks ago but I can't a way to check the status of that claim. Any help is much appreciated.

There is no way to file a shipping claim through Ebay. Ebay is not responsible for damages that occur during shipping. That is the responsibility of the shipping company.

You will need to go through FedEx to file a claim.

Hopefully you have refunded your buyer by now.
